A Georgian elder(country) was looking around copper wire around her home, village of Ksani. She came across a fiber optic cable that controls 90% of the internet used in Armenia and her country. After cutting the cable she caused many to lose internet for a full 12 hours. Georgian Railway Telecom fixed the problem and this 75-year-old is now in prison until her 78th birthday for her damage.
