In Maryland police are looking for a joker. This person could face a charge of second degree with assault charges after putting glue on a Elkon Wal-Mart toilet seat. The victim at the age of 48 called for help and tried to get out of his sticky situation. When help did arrive it took 15 minutes to get the out the stall and man standing up, yet was not able to get the toilet seat off the man's butt. Later, he was transported to Union Hospital where minor injuries were caused to his butt. Police say that it was a random and was targeted. There has been no reports since.
