Some types of Skippy peanut butter are being recalled for Salmonella. Salmonella is a bacteria that cause things like fevers, bloody diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain. Children or elderly people that have weakened immune systems are at high ricks of infections. No illnesses or infections have been reported yet. Keep on the look out for these jars:
-UPCs: 048001006812 and 048001006782 (This is located on the side of the jar's label and below the bar code).
-Best used by dates are: MAY1612LR1, MAY1712LR1, MAY1812LR1, MAY1912LR1 MAY2012LR1, and MAY2112LR1 (Should be stamped on the lid).
